  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spoon over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the apples are tender and the cheesecake is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
