  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then pour over crust.
  5. Combine oats, brown sugar, and flour in a bowl; sprinkle over apple mixture.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until set. Let cool before serving.
