Apple Crumble Cheesecake

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and crunchy apple crumble.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  5. Toss diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon, and spread them over the cheesecake.
  6. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mixture of sweet and tart apples.
  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
