  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, carrot, and red bell pepper; cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. To serve, spoon the beef mixture onto a lettuce leaf and top with green onions and chili sauce if desired.
  6. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
