- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
