- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 block feta cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.
- While baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop it into pieces.
- Once the feta is baked and tomatoes are blistered, mix in the cooked pasta and turkey bacon until well combined.
- Top with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other types of greens for the basil.
