  • 300 grams pasta of your choice
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the feta is soft and the tomatoes burst.
  5. While the feta is baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  6. Combine the baked feta and tomatoes with the cooked pasta and toss well.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
