  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core the pears and cut them in half.
  3. Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the pears.
  5. Scatter the mixed berries around the pears and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
