  • 4 croissants
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. Slice the bananas and mix together with honey and cinnamon.
  4. Cut the croissants in half and fill them with the banana mixture and turkey bacon.
  5. Brush the edges with egg wash and place in the oven.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
