- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Add beef back to the pan, along with water. Stir-fry everything together for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
