Breakfast Burrito Wraps

Enjoy a delicious and simple breakfast with our easy turkey bacon and chicken ham breakfast burrito wraps!

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell pepper and sauté until tender.
  4. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese to the eggs, stirring until cheese melts.
  6. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet.
  7. Assemble burritos by placing filling in the center of each tortilla, folding and rolling tightly.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of salsa or hot sauce.

Notes

  • Try adding avocado or hot sauce for extra flavor!
