Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the honey and almond milk until well blended.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • These biscuits can be frozen for up to three months.
