- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the honey and almond milk until well blended.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
