- 2 cups butternut squash, roasted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash, then roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
