Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the roasted butternut squash, ricotta, egg, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.

  5. Fold and seal the ravioli.
