Cajun Prawn Pasta

  • 300 grams prawns
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
  4. Stir in the prawns and Cajun seasoning, cooking until prawns are pink.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
