  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until well blended.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
