  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the warm water and sugar, then sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, oregano, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Add the frothy yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small balls.
  8. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with more melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  10. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
