Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cabbage and soy sauce, cook until cabbage is wilted.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
