  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked rice, chicken broth, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Add frozen peas on top.
