Chicken Burrito Bowl (Slow Cooker)

A delicious and easy chicken burrito bowl made in a slow cooker, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Top with black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
