Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, this casserole features turkey bacon for an indulgent yet comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, ham, cooked macaroni, broccoli, and Swiss cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix milk, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the liquid mixture over the macaroni and meat mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
  • This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
