  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  5. Layer cooked chicken, turkey bacon, Swiss cheese, and cream cheese mixture on the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
