Chicken Pot Pie Soup

  • 1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
