  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups pie crust, cut into bite-sized pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
