Chinese Beef and Broccoli (One Pan Take-Out)

A delicious and easy recipe for Chinese Beef and Broccoli that you can make in one pan for a take-out experience at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
