  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 grams digestive biscuits
  • 100 grams chopped nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  4. Crumble the digestive biscuits and add them along with the chopped nuts.
  5. Mix everything until well combined.
  6. Shape the mixture into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm.
  8. Once set, roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder before slicing.
