  • 4 sausages

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.

  4. Chop the cabbage and add it to the pot.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and stir well.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
