  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Pour filling over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread over the cheesecake.
  11. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add chocolate chips to the cheesecake mixture.
  • Serve with caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
