- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
