  • 90 grams egg whites
  • 30 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together powdered sugar and almond flour.
  3. In another bowl, whip egg whites until frothy, then gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites.
  5. Pipe circles onto a baking sheet and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  7. Mix cream cheese and crushed Oreos for the filling.
  8. Sandwich the filling between two macaron shells.
