  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to the same skillet. Sauté asparagus and garlic until tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
  5. Add cooked pasta and turkey bacon. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm.
