- 3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on top.
- Add the remaining potatoes, followed by the rest of the cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
