  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced chicken ham and potatoes, then pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Use a potato masher to slightly mash the potatoes for a creamy texture.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra bacon if desired.
