  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes, cooking for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in the heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
