  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, bell pepper)
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Add chicken broth and chopped vegetables to the crockpot.
