2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
2 cups egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the shredded chicken, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, and bay leaf in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the egg noodles.
Remove the bay leaf before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
