Deliciously Simple Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie for a Cozy Dinner

A comforting and easy-to-make chicken pot pie that is perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.
  2. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
  3. Cover with the bottom pie crust and seal the edges.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, place the top pie crust over the filling and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add in some fresh herbs.
  • Use leftover turkey for a delicious twist.
