Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped dill pickles, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill weed, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
