- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can (15 ounces) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned.
- Add the chili powder and cumin, and stir to combine.
- Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some cheese, then roll them up and place them seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and top with the cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
