  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup food coloring (various colors)
  • 1/4 cup bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and sugar.
  2. Add water gradually until a smooth mixture forms.
  3. Divide the mixture into three parts and add food coloring to each.
  4. Shape each colored mixture into small balls and thread them onto bamboo skewers.
  5. Steam the skewers for about 20 minutes until the dango are fully cooked.
  6. Let them cool and serve.
