Easy & Quick Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A delicious and quick casserole that brings together the flavors of chicken, turkey bacon, and cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked egg noodles to the mixture and fold until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to substitute the chicken with leftover rotisserie chicken for an even quicker option.
