  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
  5. Add the cooked rice and turkey bacon to the pan.
