Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add cubed butternut squash and cook until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, butternut squash, cranberries, pecans, and feta cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
