- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
