Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the fish stock to a boil.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and leeks, and reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the salmon fillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
