- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grill or cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice the chicken.
