  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  5. Warm the pita breads on the grill for a minute.
