  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Grill chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
