Grilled Chicken Margherita

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and close the grill lid until the cheese melts.
