  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 bell peppers (cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (cut into chunks)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Add steak and shrimp to the marinade, coating evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and shrimp are opaque.
