Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and green bell pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
